I get it. Insecurities suck. For me, after becoming a mom I constantly hid my body and refused to get in photos with my husband and daughter. As a creative, I always felt like my art was too little and my personality was too much. 
I allowed my insecurities to kidnap my joy and lock it away in a tall tower. That is, until I decided to show up and rescue myself from that fire-breathing dragon of self-hate and self-doubt.
